Before you book

PAYMENTS

-A $20 retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your final payment. RETAINER FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE!

-Any chargebacks/disputes will be BLOCKED from booking.

-All payments are due BEFORE service starts. Final balance is due by Cash App, EXACT cash or card.

LATENESS

-You have a 10 min. grace period. If you are 15 mins. late, you’ll have a $10 late fee. If you are more than 16 mins. late your appointment will be cancelled.

-Reminder texts and emails will be sent out.

-You can rebook 1 time with the same deposit.

CANCELLATION

-Cancellations should be made 48 hrs. or more prior to your appointment. -Failing to do so will be considered as a “NO SHOW” which will require a $30 cancellation fee BEFORE you are able to book again.

-No shows will be BLOCKED from booking!!

REFUNDS

-There will be NO REFUNDS after the service is rendered.

-If you have an issue with your nails, you have 24 hrs. to reach out to me and get them fixed at the earliest convenience.

GUESTS

-There are NO EXTRA guests allowed, unless being serviced!! This is for safety reasons.
